Business Problem:
MedSprout wanted to become the first online business center for the Medical community and wanted help in developing a business strategy as well as their Internet presence

Project Description:
We helped them finalize their business plan and their
marketing material ( we coined "where medicine meets business" as well as
created their logo. We designed the whole web site including look and feel as
well as the user experience. When the Firm wanted to find another investor, we
helped them with the process and enabled the sales to Salu Inc another health
care company. The final product was integrated into the Salu web
offering.

Technology included : Vignetter= Story Server, SQL Server

Interfaced with the Graphics dept to generate material meeting client requirements
Worked to help facilitate the sale to  Salu
Received excellent feedback on the project as well as my efforts from  the client (5.0/5.0)

Business Problem:
The company had acquired over 27 smaller companies and there was a need to integrate all of these units as one
Project Description:
It began with the redefinition of the businesses process. Once the Business processes had been defined, there was a software selection process during which the required applications were identified. Then the various products were implemented and integrated
Interacted with the End user to generate the requirement and finalize the process.
Managed the A2A and B2B teams to
Played a hands on role in the developed of the different proof of concepts
Developed a web site for assisting in the design process.
Good review and sign off from the client project management

Business Project Management Using SharePoint

Business Problem:
The NY City Government Agency wanted to enhance the current static public site to help Citizens collaborate with the Agency by allowing them to submit applications online, search for status of application and other agency information

To meet the growing need for the agency services, they wanted to deploy a Business Process Management platform to increase the productivity of their staff members

They want to have a solid platform for Reporting and Dashboards including Ad Hoc reporting to allow the leadership to obtain a clear picture of the system performance

To build a scalable and extendable platform for all their future collaboration and process management efforts

Build a robust data model for the platform and migrate data from their existing systems into this new platform database
Integrate with other agency systems to provide a consolidated view of the data 
Project Description:
Designed a Solution using Microsoft Office SharePoint (MOSS) platform
Designed an Intranet, Extranet and Internet user experience to allow different user profiles to consume the services
Designed a complete infrastructure platform to meet the security and scalability needs of the business
Design a work flow framework to meet the process requirements of over 9 departments
Designed a data store strategy of storing information in MOSS Content Database as well as regular SQL Server tables. This also included a Data Access Layer to manage transactions across these data stores
Designed the approach for Data Migration to mitigate risks while ensuring data quality
Designed a Governance model for the solution
Designed a Web Services based approach as well as proper use of the Business Data Connectivity (BDC) service to integrate data from external systems
Technology included : MOSS, MS SQL Server, DocAve Extender

Managing Infrastructure Team

Business Problem:
In addition I also had the responsibility of managing the IT systems of the company. This included over 160 desktops, 20+ servers as well as the LAN. We also had a satellite link into the Seattle office of Microsoft which was used to pull information from the Microsoft servers.

Visual C+= Mentoring

Business Problem:
Aditi was involved in providing mentoring support to Microsoft developer on the CompuServe (an online Developer Support forum). We provided support to the developers who were using various Microsoft technologies. The developers would post questions and and my team of about 20 people provided detailed answers relating to Microsoft Visual C++ product.
