As part of my activities in National Council for cement and Building materials, I was assigned to the Pollution Control department. Here I developed the software model for predicting the ground level concentration of particles around a cement plant. This paper was based on that software and was presented in the IIIrd NCB International Seminar held in New Delhi in January 21-25, 1990
